These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Leadluence, a cloud-based lead management, communication, and automation platform (“Service”), operated by Leadluence (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Description of Service

Leadluence is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables organizations to:

  • Capture, store, and manage leads and contacts
  • Track activities, notes, emails, tasks, and appointments
  • Manage sales pipelines and automate stage transitions
  • Send and receive communications via email and WhatsApp
  • Run campaigns and automations subject to compliance rules
  • View analytics, reports, and performance metrics
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and organizations

2Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Each user account is associated with an organization and governed by role-based permissions.

3Roles, Permissions, and Access Control

Leadluence enforces strict role-based access controls, including but not limited to:

  • Platform Super Admin – full platform-wide access
  • Organization Owner / Admin – full access within their organization
  • Agent – limited create/edit access, restricted to assigned records
  • Viewer – read-only access

Access to leads, communications, analytics, and administrative functions is programmatically enforced and logged.

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Bypass system-enforced limits, safeguards, or compliance rules
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
  • Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

Leadluence enforces mandatory safeguards such as opt-out handling, rate limits, and business-hour restrictions.

5Communications & Messaging Compliance

If you use email or WhatsApp features:

  • You are responsible for ensuring recipient consent
  • Opt-out preferences are always enforced by the system
  • Campaigns may be auto-paused if failure or opt-out thresholds are exceeded
  • Usage limits are applied based on your subscription plan

Leadluence may suspend messaging features to protect platform integrity or comply with third-party policies.

6Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
  • You grant Leadluence a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not sell your data.

7Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Features, usage limits, and pricing depend on your subscription plan.
  • Usage-based features (e.g., WhatsApp conversations) are tracked automatically.
  • Exceeding plan limits may result in feature restrictions or additional charges.

8Service Availability

  • The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but implement monitoring, logging, and recovery mechanisms.

9Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse messaging systems
  • Pose legal, security, or operational risks

You may terminate your account at any time.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Leadluence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months

11Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
